It is an auxiliary cooling fan, not a replacement for vehicle AC or a room air conditioner.

Charge the fan fully with the Type-C cable before first use. Attach the clip bracket, mount it on a stable visor, headrest, desk edge, bag strap, or other suitable surface, then rotate the fan toward your face or neck. Press power, adjust the speed, and turn on cool mode when you want the cooling plate active. For hot parked cars, open the doors or windows first and let trapped heat escape before using the fan.
